This Privacy Policy describes how RFBitcoin.com ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Renault Franklin, collects, uses, and protects information when you use rfbitcoin.com and odin.rfbitcoin.com (the "Services").

Account information: When you subscribe, Whop (our payment processor) collects your name, email address, and payment details. We receive only a license key and subscription status — we never see your credit card number.
Usage data: We log standard web server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance purposes. These logs are retained for 30 days.
Exchange API keys: If you connect a cryptocurrency exchange, your API keys are stored encrypted in your browser's localStorage and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Trade journal and holdings data: If you use the Journal or Holdings features, that data is stored locally on the ODIN server you are accessing. It is not shared with third parties.
Cookies: We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your subscription status via Whop
- To authenticate your session and protect your account
- To send daily BTC and ETH market outlook notifications (if you opt in via Telegram)
- To monitor platform health and respond to technical issues
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
3. Third-Party Services
ODIN uses the following third-party services to deliver market data. No personal information is shared with these services:
- Binance, Kraken, CoinGecko — cryptocurrency price and market data
- FRED (Federal Reserve) — macroeconomic data
- Yahoo Finance, Nasdaq — equities and calendar data
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI Analyst feature (no personal data is sent; only market signal data)
- Whop — subscription management and payment processing
- Cloudflare — DDoS protection, CDN, and DNS
- Telegram — optional push notifications (if you configure a bot token)
4. Data Storage and Security
The ODIN platform is hosted on a DigitalOcean VPS in Toronto, Canada. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.2/1.3) for all connections
- Cloudflare proxy protection (real server IP is not publicly visible)
- SSH key-only server access
- Automatic daily backups
No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
5. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
- Request deletion of your account data

6. Retention
We retain account data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days. Server access logs are retained for 30 days. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
